  • We handle everything-from finding suitable suppliers, sourcing raw materials, costing, organizing samples, setting-up production, quality control, inspection and shipping. All of these are included in our quoted price. Over and above that, you pay for products you order. That’s it.
  • HOW IS YOUR WORK PROCESS?

    Inform us what new product you want to modify and send your sample photos to us with specifications. We will confirm with the factory regarding about Price and MOQ.

    2. After you confirm the order

    Placing orders according to your confirmation and pay 50% advanced deposit.
    Following every order to make sure the production will be completed finished in our expected time and inform every step of the process to you.
    Clients T/T or L/C the rest 50% before shipment.
    Inspect the goods to make sure orders are according to your requirement and sending you the inspection report for your confirmation.
    According to customer’s request, book shipping and arrange shipments. Preparing the export documents concerned and do custom declaration at Bangladesh customs. Send all the documents including B/L, Co, Packing List, Commercial invoice to you for the Custom clearance of the port of destination.

  • WHAT IS AN ESTIMATED LEAD TIME FOR MAKING A SAMPLE?
  • It depends on material that needs to be made and the availability of raw materials. Sometimes it really depends on the complexity of the product and manufacturing method. It generally takes 1-3 weeks for sourcing material and sample production.
  • HOW TO MAKE SURE I CAN RECEIVE WHAT I WANT?
  • During inspection we will send you product’s photos and give you production report. If anything, change will let you know, after that we will ship to you with your confirmation. And we will provide quality guarantee. Third party inspection is also acceptable.
  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVAL?
  • The delivery time will depend primarily on three factors: raw materials availability, production time and shipping period and service.
    Raw materials Availability:

    If the raw materials have in stock, it will be fast to go for production.
    If don’t have stock, we will confirm with provider regarding about the production time.

    Production time:

    For customized order, it will take around 45-90 days. It also depends on your process and confirmation.

    Shipping Period and Service:

    Shipping period is depending on the distance, we will let you know before you place order.
    We provide various shipping services for customers, e.g. express, air shipment, general post etc. The duration of shipping depends on service you choose. We cooperate with DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT, etc.

  • WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY PRICE?
  • Our delivery price depends on your location, how big is your total order and which kind of shipment you are going to choose. Here is our recommendation:

  • WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
  • We offer services for all of customers, no matter big or small. Our MOQ is depending on providers, if they can provide, we will offer relevant service for you. But definitely, all the products will be the more the cheaper.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
  • We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C(if your order more than USD 50,000). For small orders less then 5000 USD which will send by air or express. You route payments through us to the manufacturers. The usual terms of payment when starting something new is 50% deposit after sample approval and before production starts, and the rest 50% balance payment before the shipment.
  • I AM WORRIED ABOUT PROTECTION OF MY IP RIHTS. DO MANUFACTURERS SIGN NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS OR SIMILAR CONTRACTS SUCH AS NON-USE, NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-CIRCUMVENTION AGREEMENTS WITH BUYERS?
  • Manufacturers are usually willing to sign such agreements. It is unusual for a supplier to copy your products, especially if they only make one component of a larger product. It is more common for new products on the market to get reverse engineered by someone who simply buys a few and makes their own version. Unfortunately, this is between borderline and impossible to avoid. You need to ask yourself what happens if your products get copied? Will it compete in your own market? Will your customers abandon you and go with the knock-off?
